City360 Network ("we", "our", "us") operates a family of digital platforms including city360.directory, city360.news, city360.store, city360.social, city360.online, realestate.city360.directory, construction.city360.directory, legal.city360.directory, 24hours.website, agencyos.24hours.website, fleetos.bookurtaxi.in, and rakesha.in. Our registered office is in Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data — name, email, phone, profile photo when you register
• Listing data — property details, business info, legal profiles, contractor details you submit
• Usage data — pages visited, search queries, clicks, time on site, device type, IP address
• Communication data — enquiry forms, messages, feedback you send us
• Transaction data — subscription plans, payment method (we do not store card numbers)

3. How We Use Your Data

• Provide, operate and improve our platforms and marketplace services
• Authenticate your account and protect against fraud
• Send service updates, listing confirmations and relevant notifications
• Display your listings to prospective buyers, tenants, clients or visitors
• Analyse platform performance and improve user experience
• Comply with legal obligations in India and applicable jurisdictions

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Supabase — our database provider (EU-US adequacy framework compliant)
• Vercel — hosting and CDN infrastructure
• Analytics providers — anonymised aggregated data only
• Law enforcement — when required by Indian law or court order

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication sessions, preference cookies for UI settings, and optional analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details. You can manage cookie preferences from your browser settings at any time.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Deleted account data is purged within 30 days. Listing data may be retained in anonymised form for analytics. Legal minimum retention periods apply where required by Indian tax and corporate law.

• Withdraw consent for optional processing

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using any platform within the City360 Network you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately. These Terms apply to city360.directory and all sub-domains, 24hours.website, agencyos.24hours.website, fleetos.bookurtaxi.in, and rakesha.in.

2. Use of Services

• You must be at least 18 years old to register or post listings
• All information you provide must be accurate, current and not misleading
• You are solely responsible for the content of your listings and profiles
• You may not use our platforms for illegal, fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Automated scraping, crawling or data harvesting is strictly prohibited

3. Listings & Marketplace

City360 acts as a marketplace facilitator only. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee any listing, property, contractor, legal professional, or service provider on the platform. All transactions, agreements and dealings are directly between parties.

• Listings must be genuine, accurate and within permitted categories
• Prohibited: misleading pricing, fake reviews, duplicate listings, spam
• We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms

4. Intellectual Property

The City360 brand, logos, platform design, and proprietary software are owned by City360 Network. You may not reproduce, copy or redistribute any part of our platforms without written permission. User-submitted content remains your property; by submitting you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our platforms.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, City360 Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our platforms, including property transactions, contractor engagements, or legal consultations facilitated through our marketplace.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users or the platform.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Tamil Nadu, India. For consumer disputes, the Consumer Protection Act 2019 applies.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated by email to registered users.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They help us remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how our platforms are used.

Cookies We Use

• Essential (Always Active) — Supabase authentication session tokens, CSRF protection, load balancer routing. Without these the platform cannot function.
• Preference Cookies — Remembers your selected city, language, display mode (dark/light), and search filters. Expires after 365 days.
• Analytics Cookies (Optional) — Anonymised page-view counts, bounce rates, and feature usage. We use privacy-respecting analytics that do not track individuals.
• Marketing Cookies (Optional) — Only set if you click through a campaign link. Used to measure which campaigns drive listings and signups. You can opt out at any time.

Third-Party Cookies

• Supabase — Authentication and database session management
• Google Fonts — Typography delivery (no tracking)
• CDN providers — Script delivery via jsDelivr (anonymised logs only)
